On another note - if the 'grime scene' has become what I suspect, a place where contractors come to put on a good 'show' for prospective homeowners - where guys like you and Phelps start threads and mutually worship each other. Then please Tell Beth and Rod - to 'man' up, and state that in the rules. At which point I will totally respect your threads and totally respect your intentions - as you probably want to use this as a marketing tool - and increase your earnings as a result - and I totally respect and admire that, if in case that is what you guys are gunning for. But that's just not the 'grimescene' I remember when I first came in here in '06.

Perhaps 'your' thread is not an appropriate place to criticize your methods - then which thread can I post my thoughts? If at all? Beth, Rod - what is your board for?

Michael will be 3 next month. Man time flies!!! Things are going great here. We're actually thinking about starting to check out preschools....Seems like yesterday he was just learning to sit up.

Jim Chesmore from JC Painting & Powerwashing LLC would like to know how in the world you can walk on that roof without slipping? Do you have suction cups on the bottom of your boots? Thats just plain crazy going up there. I like asphalt shingles and even some of those get a little too steep for me to walk.

BTW, it does look great

Thanks Jim, they weren't too bad to walk on but some can get steep.

P.s. That is my softwashing technique on the roof and exterior. lol
