Concrete Tile Roof

I have a customer who says he has a concrete tile roof with black streaks. It seems obvious to me to use regular love roof mix but I usually use no pressure from the ground. Will this require more work than that?

Just up your roof cleaning mix. When cleaning concrete tile roofs, we use a
40-50% chem mix to water. Be safe using the weakest solution you can and you will be fine.
