Ratio for Gutter Shock

I need to know the ratio for xjetting GS on with a 2.8 gpm machine. I used a pump up this past weekend and it worked great (50/50). But the next house I am doing the gutters are about 30' off the ground.

Also, a dumb question, on tips the bigger the orfice the decrease in pressure right? If I wanted a 1000 psi tip what size orfice do I need?
