Cleaning Composite Deck - Jul 20th, 08, 04:05 PM

TrexDeck is about 8 yrs old and is filthy. Ay idea of how to clean stains, grill grease, mildew, etc.? Power wasing (with no chems) is useless.

Thanks

I would try a green bio-degreaser like Simple Green, our Mighty Green or similar product you can find just about anywhere. I would start with a spot test of straight cleaner on a really bad area to make sure it does the job you want and then you can run some through your pressure washer for general cleaning on the rest of the deck. These products work great on these new deck surfaces.
